Administrative Team Member

This position will encompass all aspects of the medical front office and includes, but is not limited to, check-in, check-out, answering phones, scheduling and confirming appointments, collecting patient co-pays, deductibles and co-insurances, patient demographics, scanning and data entry. To be successful in this position you will possess outstanding customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency with a “Can Do” attitude .Other important qualifications will include experience in EMR programs, insurance billing, proficiency in computer skills, knowledge of basic office equipment and multi-line phone system and HIPAA compliance. Exceptional working environment and benefits/compensation package.
