Dr. Adams is a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon who has the extensive expertise and training to effectively treat many types of skin cancer, preserve healthy skin, and ensure excellent cosmetic outcomes. As a part of his training, Dr. Adams completed a one-year long intensive fellowship under the supervision of Dr. Vic Marks and Dr. Mike Ramsey at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania. Dr. Adams mastered the Mohs Surgical techniques, complex microscopic cancer interpretation, and advanced cosmetic reconstruction techniques. Dr. Adams participated in over 700 Mohs surgical cases in training and he has performed more than 14,000 Mohs procedures in private practice. Dr. Adams is a Fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery, a distinction earned by fewer than 8% of all dermatologists in the United States.
