William C. Rigano, MD

Dr. Rigano attended the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo after graduation from The Ohio State University. His surgical residency was at Wright State University. Affiliated Hospitals preceded his plastic surgery residency at the Medical College of Ohio. In 1991, private practice in Dayton, Ohio allowed Dr. Rigano to improve his surgical skills in major reconstructive plastic surgery. In 2001, he started an elective private practice specializing in breast cancer reconstruction and cosmetic surgery. After 30 years of plastic surgery experience, he now brings this skill set to the Florida Panhandle and Coastal Skin Surgery and Dermatology. Dr. Rigano has taught medical students, residents, and other physicians for 30 years. He recently retired from solo, private practice and now has committed to help Dr. Adams, Dr. Papajohn and their team serve this community.
